Hi Mark,
Love the site. I've been to a few of the places you write about and was pleased to see an alternative view. As I'm about twice your age it's hardly surprising. I'm looking forward to reading lots more.
I love your 'free to all' attitude with the e-books etc. There's too many grabbers in the world already.

I'm really glad you enjoyed the site - messages like yours makes all those hours of work worthwhile. I might have only got a Desmond, but I sure learned to type fast... 😀
As for the eBooks being free, I guess it's my way of preventing this from turning into a job. I've already had one hobby turn into a job - programming - and I'd rather keep my travel writing free of commercial ties. Then again, this could just be because nobody's offered to make me a millionaire yet... 😉
