Good to hear from you! And that you're still walking. After all, the Loop is definitely worth revisiting (some sections I must have done dozens of times - the ones near to where I used to live, certainly!).
Besides, my own walking has drifted down to almost nothing at the moment, so you're in good company. I'm the one who feels a bit of a fraud now - I look back at my LEJOG diary and wonder if I can possibly be the same person... 😲
I blame the fact that the pub is now only 5 minutes' walk away... 😉
